Sky Diving Another First

Sky Diving Another First

Some of you will be pleased to read that the blog is back up and running. But before I get to running I’m going to talk about diving…sky diving.Last Saturday I and fellow amputees, members of the public (some better known than others…) and very experienced tandem instructors fell out of a rather juddery old plane over Wiltshire.By far one of the best things I’ve ever done. The peacefulness of the free fall and the graceful landing, thanks Mike, made for a very special day out.An event organised by the Pilgrim Bandits who have taken me under their proverbial wing and something that I will definitely be doing again. As for the running Walking School has started again.Another stint at Roehampton progressing onto a hydraulic knee joint this time and I shall be keeping you up to date as I will have a plethora of spare time and be doing anything to hide away from the hospital food.I will keep you informed.X

Way to go Alex. I wouldn’t jump out off a plane…even if it is crashing!! Very well done
